GPTMotd is a plugin that allow customize MOTD randomly with pre-set ideas using the gpt-3 API

Dependency OpenAI API so you need to get an api-key to use the plugin, using the API is not free, but when you create an account on the [open ai website](https://openai.com/api/pricing/#faq-token) you get 18$ free tokens to use, if you set parameters in the config not to spam too much the API you should be good for a while​
